Whiteshield attends DCO’s 3rd General Assembly

Whiteshield was pleased to participate in the 3rd General Assembly of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. Following a successful collaboration on the joint publication of a white paper titled The Metaverse: Policy Implications for A New Digital Frontier, Whiteshield was recently granted Observer status to the DCO.

As an official Observer, Whiteshield attended the event alongside representatives from 15 Member States, Partners, and International Organizations. The assembly provided a platform for discussions, annual reflections, and initiatives aimed at advancing digital progress and fostering cooperation for a future where digital prosperity knows no limits.

In line with a commitment to supporting inclusive digital economies, Whiteshield looks forward to collaborating with the DCO further initiatives including an upcoming digital policy competition aimed at generating innovative solutions to contemporary digital challenges. Furthermore, Whiteshield and the DCO will explore the intersection of digital technology and quantum policy, enabling policymakers to leverage digital advancements in designing policies that extend their impact beyond conventional demographics to individual citizens.
